The Emoji Coach Coaching Agreement and policy
The coaching sessions will either take place at the arranged venue )usually Libby’s home address) and will be face to face or, will be online via Zoom or Skype.
Due to Covid-19, all sessions are currently taking place online.
If you are late, the session will still finish on time and won’t run over. If I am late, then the session will be a full session. The sessions usually take 45 minutes to 1 hour. If I feel that you would benefit from extra time, then I will use more than an hour at no additional charge.
Mutual respect is required at all times.
If I ever say or do anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have any concern with the way we are working, please let me know as soon as possible. For our work together to be effective, you have to be honest with me.
Nature of the sessions: Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into these sessions with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. What you put into the sessions is what you will get out of the sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to develop and implement strategies to help you reach your goals. During the coaching, we may address a wide range of topics and issues including specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in your personal or professional life. Issues seldom relate to only one area and often affect and are affected by other aspects of your life. With your consent, we can explore all areas and energetically clear any trauma’s or stress from past or present. This can bring the emotions to the surface. You will be given tools and strategies to help you to manage and understand these emotions.
You can feel quite tired or, feel like you are buzzing after a session and it can be easy to forget to make a payment. Because of this my policy is that full payment has to have been received into my bank account 24 hours before the session goes ahead or the session may not take place.
If you need to reschedule a session for non-emergency reasons, such as holidays or work responsibilities, please give at least 48 hours notice, and I will do the same for you.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered missed sessions, and you will be charged for a full session.
Extra Time: You may e-mail or call me between scheduled sessions if you have a problem or want to share a success with me.
Confidentiality: As a coach and holistic practitioner, I recognise that anything the client shares with me is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. If at any point I am concerned about the clients well-being or mental state that could place the client, or anyone else in danger, then I may take it upon myself to advise the appropriate people.
Working with children/young people.
I have a full DBS check.
For child safeguarding regulations, I will require a signed consent form from the parent/carer before the sessions which will be provided for you. If the child/young person is under the age of 18, I will also require that an adult is in the house whilst the session is being held.
